The Intermodal Association of North America (IANA) is the premier trade association for the intermodal freight sector, representing a diverse membership of more than 1,000 corporations—including railroads, water carriers, port authorities, truck and highway carriers, logistics firms, equipment manufacturers, leasing companies, and technology providers. IANA also engages associate members such as shippers, academic institutions, public‑sector entities, and non‑profit organizations.
