Livelihoods Venture is a global impact platform that mobilizes private investment and expertise to deliver nature-based solutions that simultaneously generate high-quality carbon credits and improve livelihoods. The organization operates across two impact streams: within value chains, it supports companies in transitioning to regenerative sourcing through the Livelihoods Fund for Family Farming and custom programs; beyond value chains, its three Livelihoods Carbon Funds finance agroforestry, ecosystem restoration, and rural energy projects that restore degraded land and expand renewable energy access. With a team of 50 specialists and a track record of 47 large-scale projects, Livelihoods Venture has generated 4.8 million tonnes of CO2 reductions, planted 159 million trees, and benefited 2.4 million people across Africa, Asia, Europe, and Latin America.
