Maricopa Integrated Health System (MIHS) is a comprehensive public healthcare system and Arizona’s only public teaching hospital, serving as the primary safety net provider for the Phoenix metropolitan area. MIHS delivers a broad spectrum of care, including primary and family medicine, as well as specialized services such as Level I Trauma care, burn treatment at the state’s only nationally verified Burn Center, and comprehensive HIV care. MIHS is dedicated to serving the underserved and offers vital behavioral health services, a specialized clinic for refugee women’s health, and pediatric care through the Arizona Children’s Center. With a network of 12 neighborhood Family Health Centers, MIHS provides accessible and critical healthcare services to the community, fostering a mission-driven environment for healthcare professionals.
