Partnership for Children & Youth (PCY) is a California-based organization dedicated to expanding learning opportunities and improving outcomes for all children and youth. PCY achieves this through policy advocacy, systems change initiatives, and capacity building for expanded learning programs – including afterschool, summer, and other enrichment activities. PCY serves as a key partner to schools, community organizations, and policymakers, working to increase access to high-quality programs and advocate for strategic investments in youth development. Professionals joining PCY will contribute to impactful work shaping the future of expanded learning across California, fostering environments where children can build skills, explore passions, and achieve their full potential.
