Through three age‑specific programs—Exploratory (ages 9‑12) for foundational STEM and hands‑on building skills, Career‑Choosing (age 14) for entrepreneurial maker‑space projects, and Career‑Transforming (18+) for professional trade circles—she connects participants with mentorship, advanced training, and real‑world work opportunities in high‑growth areas such as 3D printing, drone inspections, virtual reality, and CAD. By fostering a nationwide network of industry mentors and partners, the organization helps women secure internships, apprenticeships, jobs, and entrepreneurial support, directly addressing labor shortages while promoting diversity and innovation in the building trades.
