The UTMB Faculty Group Practice (FGP) unites more than 950 faculty physicians and advanced practice providers to deliver high‑quality patient care, education, and research across four medical campuses and 100 outpatient clinics. FGP clinicians lead over 180 active clinical trials and serve as mentors in a system that offers a full spectrum of primary and specialized services throughout the Texas Gulf Coast. As part of the University of Texas Medical Branch—a historic academic health center with five health‑science schools, six research institutes, a Level 1 Trauma Center, and a national infectious‑disease laboratory—FGP offers physicians a collaborative environment for cutting‑edge clinical work, translational research, and teaching.
