Founded in Dubai in 1973, MKM Commercial Holdings LLC (Wafi Group) operates five subsidiary LLCs across property development, hospitality, industrial services, transport, and oil services, employing more than 3,000 staff in 16 countries. Its flagship mixed‑use development, WAFI, includes landmark projects such as the Raffles Hotel and a portfolio of food‑and‑beverage franchises spanning the Middle East, Europe, and the United States. The hospitality arm manages Wafi Hotels, a deluxe three‑star property comprising Arabian Park Hotel and Park Hotel Apartments, complemented by a range of dining venues, Cleopatra’s Spa & Wellness, and other leisure facilities that emphasize high‑quality service.
