With a network of 55 chapters in 51 countries and more than 6,000 members, WGH serves as the largest women‑led movement advocating for equitable leadership opportunities, fair compensation, safe working conditions, and inclusive policies in universal health coverage and health emergency response. Through strategic alliances, advocacy, and capacity‑building programs, WGH empowers women to become leaders and catalysts for better health outcomes worldwide, aligning its work with the Sustainable Development Goals and the broader global health agenda.
