1 year Contact Centre Customer Service Officer #HJOT

Job Responsibilities:

  • Understand customers needs and provide accurate, customer-centric information and resolutions
  • Manage cases from initial enquiry through follow-up and closure, ensuring timely updates and resolution
  • Deliver high standards of customer service and maintain positive customer experiences
  • Accurately document interactions, enquiries, escalations, and outcomes in the case management system
  • Escalate complex cases appropriately and follow through until closure
  • Prepare reports and maintain accurate records of customer interactions
  • Support service improvement initiatives by identifying trends and feedback from customers
  • Perform other duties assigned by supervisor

Requirements:

  • A level / Diploma in any discipline
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Customer-focused with the ability to handle enquiries professionally and empathetically
  • Meticulous, organised, and able to work independently as well as in a team
