1 Year Contract Customer Service Associate — $2100 a month (5.5 days, office hrs) #HCGE

Job Scope:

  • Perform front counter and customer service duties.
  • Register walk-in patients and ensure accurate data entry.
  • Prepare and maintain patient documentation and records.
  • Provide financial counselling and explain billing matters to patients.
  • Process and collect payments in accordance with established procedures.
  • Reconcile daily cash and payment collections.
  • Respond to patient enquiries via telephone in a professional and timely manner.
  • Manage and respond to email correspondence.
  • Carry out any other ad hoc duties and responsibilities assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

  • Min NITEC/ Diploma in any related course of studies
  • Customer Service experience will be highly preferred
  • Candidates without experience are welcome to apply as training will be provided
  • Able to commit 1 year contract
