1 Year Contract Customer Service Associate — $2100 a month (5.5 days, office hrs) #HCGE
Job Scope:
- Perform front counter and customer service duties.
- Register walk-in patients and ensure accurate data entry.
- Prepare and maintain patient documentation and records.
- Provide financial counselling and explain billing matters to patients.
- Process and collect payments in accordance with established procedures.
- Reconcile daily cash and payment collections.
- Respond to patient enquiries via telephone in a professional and timely manner.
- Manage and respond to email correspondence.
- Carry out any other ad hoc duties and responsibilities assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements
- Min NITEC/ Diploma in any related course of studies
- Customer Service experience will be highly preferred
- Candidates without experience are welcome to apply as training will be provided
- Able to commit 1 year contract
