1 Year Contract Customer Service Officer (Up to $4,000) #BTS

Responsibilities

• Attend to enquiries and requests from phone calls and live chats
• Resolve relevant stakeholders' complaints and problems at first touch point
• Update details in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
• Assess appeals and put up recommendation to the relevant business units
• Assist with other ad-hoc duties assigned

Requirements

• Experience in the Insurance industry
• Proficient in MS Office
