Location: Orchard

Working days/hours:

Mon to Fri: 0630hrs to 2000hrs

Sat: 0630hrs to 1500hrs

Pay: $2400 - $2600

Job scope:

• Performed patient admissions and registrations via physical and mobile counters.

• Conducted financial counselling by explaining hospital agreements, estimated charges, and payment arrangements including Medisave, Medishield, and private insurance plans.

• Managed billing and cashiering duties, including processing discharge bills and collecting payments.

• Requested and followed up on Letters of Guarantee (LOG) from insurers to facilitate payment processing.

• Responded to Business Office (BO) enquiries via email and phone in a timely and professional manner.
