1 Year Corporate Communication / Marketing Assistant (Healthcare) #HCG
Key responsibilities:
* Assist in administrative tasks such, generating reports, managing required documentation, and arranging meetings.
* Assist in design such as creating, managing and distributing of collaterals such as posters, banners and patient education brochures.
* Assist in managing corporate gifts, including inventory control, sourcing and distribution.
* Uploading of information and assets onto digital platforms (internal and external).
* Assist with events and the necessary work required to plan, organise and run the events.
* Assist with prospecting for sponsorships and donations and managing fund-raising tasks.
* Assist in other ad hoc tasks as required (e.g. liaising and working with external vendors).
