[2 Year Contract] Store Specialist (Warehouse Operations) (P)

📍 Location: Boonlay, Kranji
💰 Salary: $2,500 - $2,700/month
🕒 Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30am – 5:15pm
📅 Contract Duration: 2 Years
💼 OT Available: Subject to operational requirements

Job Responsibilities

• Receive and unload incoming deliveries from suppliers and transport vehicles
• Check and inspect goods against delivery orders for accuracy and damages
• Store and organize inventory in designated warehouse locations
• Perform labeling, tagging, and inventory updates
• Conduct stock counts and inventory checks to ensure stock accuracy
• Pick and pack items according to customer and internal orders
• Prepare shipments and ensure proper packaging for safe delivery
• Ensure accurate documentation and labeling of outgoing goods
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organization, and safety standards
• Carry out routine checks on warehouse equipment
• Follow workplace safety and operational procedures
• Report inventory discrepancies, damaged goods, or safety concerns
• Work closely with team members and supervisors to support daily operations

Requirements

• Prior warehouse, logistics, or storekeeping experience is an advantage
• Able to perform physical work in a warehouse environment
• Team player with a positive attitude and good communication skills
• Able to commit to a 2-year contract
