Candidates who are interested in joining the FirstBank Graduate Trainee Programme must have the under listed competencies:

• Highly innovative with excellent problem-solving skills

• Good team player

Below are the eligibility criteria:

1. A maximum age of 27 years by 30 June 2026

2. A minimum of 5 credits including English Language and Mathematics the Senior Secondary Certificate Examination (SSCE)

3. University Educational Qualification (Minimum of Second-Class Lower)

4. NYSS completion by 30 June 2026 (Not Mandatory)
