As an Analog Design Engineer, you will join a highly experienced design team and contribute to the development of next-generation analog and mixed-signal IC solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Design and development Analog and Mixed Signal IPs (e.g. LDOs, LED driver, GPIOs, XTAL Oscillator, RC-Oscillator, Data Converters etc.);
- Carry out development activities from design, layout, simulation to physical validation for mixed signal integrated circuits, Guarantee the technical deliverables of his jobs in terms of quality and performance;
- Collaborate with layout engineers to optimize analog layout implementation.
- Support product evaluation and characterization activities together with application and validation teams.
- Work closely with global design teams to enhance design methodologies, share knowledge, and continuously improve engineering efficiency.
Requirements:
- Graduating in 2027 with a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related fields.
- Solid foundation in CMOS analog IC design, including analog fundamentals, device physics, semiconductor processes, analog layout, and basic mixed-signal concepts.
- Familiar with EDA tools and SPICE simulation, experience with Cadence design environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent in English and Mandarin, with good communication skills.
- Self-motivated team player with a collaborative mindset.
- Internship, research, or tape-out experience in analog/mixed-signal IC design is a plus
- Knowledge of low-power design techniques and precision analog circuits is a plus
- Understanding of silicon validation and lab measurement methodologies is a plus
