2028 Training Contract (2026 Recruitment)

2028 TRAINING PROGRAMME

This unique Training Programme is 26-months in duration and will first provide a Practice Training Contract in Singapore through Cavenagh Law LLP. Following the completion of your Practice Training Period, you will then undergo the Trainee Associate Programme.

This is a truly international programme; there is an opportunity for you to complete a seat in one of the international offices of Clifford Chance.

In addition to gaining excellent exposure to international work, you will also receive access to the world class training that Clifford Chance provides to its trainees globally and access to the training resources of the Clifford Chance Academy.

The Training Programme is designed to help you build a portfolio of technical, business and commercial skills to support and sustain growth in your practical experience. You will progress through a structured programme in each seat and receive mentoring and performance assessments from dedicated supervisors. Upon completion of the Training Programme, you will have the opportunity to be considered for associate positions with Cavenagh Law LLP or Clifford Chance.

  • Students studying law overseas at a university approved by the Singapore Ministry of Law who are due to graduate in mid-2026
  • Students studying law in Singapore who are due to graduate in mid-2027
  • Citizen or Permanent Resident of Singapore
