The 3D Piping Design Engineer is responsible for developing, reviewing, and coordinating 3D piping layouts and detailed engineering deliverables for thermal, combined\-cycle, nuclear, biomass, or other power generation facilities. The role involves creating accurate plant models, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and coordinating with multidisciplinary engineering teams.

<\/h3>- Develop 3D piping models using software such as:
- AVEVA E3D<\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- AVEVA PDMS<\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- SmartPlant 3D<\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- AutoCAD Plant 3D<\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- Bentley OpenPlant<\/span><\/span>
<\/li><\/ul><\/li>- Prepare piping layouts, routing studies, and equipment arrangements.
<\/li> - Generate piping isometrics, general arrangement drawings, and fabrication drawings.
<\/li> - Develop piping support layouts and coordinate support requirements with structural teams.
<\/li> - Perform clash detection and resolve inter\-discipline conflicts.
<\/li><\/ul>Coordination
<\/h3>- Interface with process, mechanical, civil, structural, electrical, and instrumentation disciplines.
<\/li> - Participate in model reviews and design review meetings.
<\/li> - Coordinate vendor package integration into the plant 3D model.
<\/li><\/ul>Technical Compliance
<\/h3>- Ensure compliance with applicable codes and standards, including:

<\/li><\/ul><\/li> - Ensure maintainability, accessibility, operability, and safety requirements are met.

<\/h2>- Strong knowledge of piping layout and design principles.
<\/li> - Knowledge of steam\-water cycle systems, cooling water systems, fuel systems, and utility piping.

<\/li> - Ability to read PFDs, P&IDs, and equipment datasheets.
<\/li> - Experience with 3D model review and clash resolution.
