Business Development Executive (Forwarding)

Working Hours: Mon – Fri, 9am – 6pm

Salary: $3,000 – $3,500 (Basic) + Commission

Location: Ubi

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new customers
• Build and maintain good client relationships
• Promote logistics and freight forwarding services
• Manage B2B customer accounts and provide support
• Follow up on enquiries and resolve customer issues
• Understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions
• Achieve sales targets and grow customer base
• Update management on customer feedback and market trends

Requirements

• Experience in Logistics or Freight Forwarding industry preferred
• Strong interest in sales and business development
• Comfortable with new customer acquisition
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Good communication and relationship-building skills
