Customer Service / Logistics Executive

Salary: $2800 - $3800

Working Hours: 9am - 6pm (Mon to Fri)

Location: Boon Lay

Job Scope

• Handle sales orders, scheduling, and order processing
• Monitor stock availability and coordinate with sales team
• Maintain inventory and support supply chain operations
• Communicate with customers, warehouse, and logistics teams
• Support customer service and logistics improvements

Requirements

• Experience in Customer Service or Admin
• Logistics / supply chain experience is an advantage
• Familiar with order processing and inventory coordination
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• ERP / SAP knowledge is a plus
• Responsible, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
