5 days HR Manager up to $9000

HR Manager

Working Hours: Mon – Fri, 9:30am – 6:30pm

Salary: $7,000 – $9,000

Location: Tampines

Responsibilities

• Manage full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and offboarding
• Handle daily HR operations and administration
• Ensure HR policies and procedures are properly implemented
• Ensure compliance with Singapore Employment Act and HR regulations
• Manage recruitment and coordinate hiring processes
• Support employee relations, counselling, and disciplinary matters
• Support performance management and employee development
• Work closely with Management on HR matters and process improvements
• Prepare HR reports and maintain employee records
• Liaise with external vendors and government agencies when required
• Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Human Resource, Business, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of HR experience, preferably in SME environment
• Experience handling full-spectrum HR independently
• Good knowledge of Singapore Employment Act and HR practices
• Experience in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR operations
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Good communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Mature, hands-on, and practical mindset
• Comfortable working closely with Management team
