6 months Admin Assistant ($2000) #HJOT
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the department on daily operations
- Perform data entry, filing, scanning, and document management
- Assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, and coordinating calendars
- Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and administrative documents
- Handle email correspondence, phone enquiries, and follow-up actions
- Maintain proper records and ensure data accuracy
- Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders when required
- Support office operations and project-related administrative tasks
- Perform ad hoc duties assigned by supervisor
Requirements:
- Minimum N/O Levels, NITEC, Diploma, or equivalent qualification
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
