6723 - Technical Coordinator [up to $5000 | Main Con | Construction Industry]

- Mon to Fri, from 8.30am to 5.15pm
- Salary is $4,000 to $5,000
Current project: Healthcare construction in Outram Park and Logistics Hub at Tuas. [ Main Contractor ]
Job Responsibilities:
- Involve and lead in checking and coordination of shop drawings and as-built drawings with all respective trades (eg Architectural, Structural, MEP and Specialist Subcontractors works).
- Review project specifications, Shop drawings and technical clarifications.
- Able to prepare and monitor the progress of Shop drawings and Sample schedule with procurement schedule.
- Manage submission and approvals of Shop drawings and Samples from Consultants.
- Manage the receipt and issuance of all Consultant drawings and Shop drawings.
- Liaise and coordinate with working partners, Consultant, Authorities and Subcontractors during the construction phase.
- Rectify any technical and coordination issues that surface within the Project team and any related working partners.
Job requirements:
- Recognized Degree / Diploma in Architecture / Mechanical & Electrical or equivalent
- Min. 5 years’ experience in the Construction Industry preferred
- Well-versed in Autocad, Revit / BIM software in Architectural / Structural / MEP
