We are seeking caring and compassionate CNA's to work our night shift from 7 pm - 7 am, Shift Differentials included

Starting pay range is $17 - $20 per hour, based on experience

White Oak Manor Tryon is looking for compassionate, dependable CNAs to join our incredible nursing team!

📍 Location: 70 Oak Street, Tryon, NC

What You'll Do

As a CNA, you'll provide direct, hands-on care while building meaningful relationships with our residents. Your responsibilities include:

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene
• Assisting with meals and hydration
• Taking and recording vital signs as assigned
• Helping residents with mobility, transfers, and repositioning while following our No Lift Policy
• Answering call lights promptly and providing compassionate care
• Observing and reporting changes in residents' conditions
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and comfortable environment
• Assisting residents with activities and appointments
• Working closely with our nurses and interdisciplinary team
• Following HIPAA, infection control, and safety guidelines
• Providing exceptional customer service to residents and families

Most importantly, you'll help create moments of comfort, dignity, and joy for those entrusted to our care.

Qualifications

✔ Current North Carolina Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required

✔ Long-term care experience preferred, but new CNAs are encouraged to apply!

✔ Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented

✔ Excellent communication and resident care skills
