8 Months Listing Compliance (Catalist) | Up to $7000 #NKA

Location: Tanjong Pagar

Duration: Aug 2026 - Mar 2027 (Maternity cover)

Salary: Up to $7000

Job Responsibilities:

• Engage listed companies, Sponsors and Registered Professionals for compliance with Catalist Rules.
• Review material disclosures and financial reporting by listed companies in announcements and the media; raise queries to listed companies where required.
• Facilitate corporate transactions and compliance by listed companies through review of corporate action applications and interpretation of Catalist Rules.
• Conduct inspection and review of Sponsors; prepare inspection report including recommendations for improvements.
• Investigate potential breaches of Catalist Rules; follow-up on enforcement and disciplinary action.
• Build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders including business units, listed companies, market professionals (such as corporate finance advisers, lawyers, and auditors) and regulators.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Accountancy, Finance, Business, Economics, or a related discipline.
• 2–8 years relevant experience in:

• securities exchange or regulator;

• investment banking or corporate finance advisory;

• audit or accounting;

• legal practice in capital markets or M&A; or

• corporate governance or risk.

• Familiarity with securities regulation is an advantage.
