Responsibilities The Opportunity Serve as the single point of contact for CARICAM Marketing A&M between MBS (R2P and Finance towers) and country marketing teams, ensuring agility, end‑to‑end process alignment, and timely financial execution. Your Impact Track CARICAM Marketing purchase orders, exceptions, suppliers, and invoices in SAP from creation through invoice posting, closing the end‑to‑end cycle. Manage operational blockers with R2P and Finance, ensuring alignment between MBS towers and country teams. Coordinate exception management by collecting, validating, and routing complete documentation for approval. Support supplier communication by keeping points of contact updated to ensure document flow continuity. Monitor pending invoices with R2P and Controllership to avoid temporary liability clean-ups and budget impacts. Oversee monthly allocation postings with MBS Finance for tracking and reporting. Consolidate and submit marketing cross charges and reclassification files for CARICAM. Ensure compliance with supplier onboarding requirements (complete and validated documentation). Qualifications Who Are We Looking For? Scholarship: Bachelor’s Degree (Marketing Business Administration in preference). Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, Advanced Excell Skills Languages: Communication skills in Spanish and English written and spoken Experience: 3 year-experience in marketing, trade marketing or Media Agency experience in FMCG (Fast Moving Consumers Goods) preferably in Multinational Companies. Highly organized, strong sense of urgency and teamwork oriented.
