AB03 - Lead Physiotherapist

Position Title: Principal Physiotherapist
Location: Bright Hill
Working Days: Monday – Friday
Working Hours: 8:30AM – 6:00PM
Salary: $6,000 – $8,000

Job Description

• Lead and coordinate all Physiotherapy services across the practice.

• Deliver assessment and treatment for specialised rehabilitation cases.

• Supervise Physiotherapists and Therapy Assistants.

• Develop specialised treatment pathways and integrated care programmes.

• Implement evidence-based practices and service improvement initiatives.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support rehabilitation services.

• Conduct audits, outcome reviews, and professional development sessions.

• Represent Physiotherapy services in clinical governance and strategic meetings.

• Support rehabilitation-related marketing and community education initiatives.

• Develop and oversee educational programmes and staff training activities.

• Support business development and programme planning initiatives.

• Manage partnerships, grants, and funding opportunities.

• Participate in budgeting and policy development.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Physiotherapy recognised by the Singapore Allied Health Professions Council (AHPC).

• Registered with AHPC and possess a valid Practising Certificate.

• Possess a valid BCLS + AED certification.

• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in a hospital or nursing home setting, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.

• Experience in advanced rehabilitation, including neurorehabilitation, orthopaedics, or geriatrics.

• Experience in quality assurance, staff supervision, and client management.

• Experience in private practice will be an advantage.

• Postgraduate qualifications or certifications in healthcare leadership will be advantageous.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
