Nurse Clinician
Location: Jurong East / Yishun
Salary: $4000 - $6000
Working Hours: Mon – Fri, 8:30am – 5:30pm
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and ensure quality nursing care and services for residents.
- Assess residents’ health conditions and develop appropriate care plans.
- Supervise and guide nursing staff to ensure compliance with nursing standards, policies, and procedures.
- Handle residents’ and family members’ enquiries and concerns professionally.
- Conduct audits, monitor quality improvement initiatives, and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Identify staff training needs and coordinate orientation, clinical training, and competency assessments.
- Support department operations, including manpower planning, roster management, inventory control, and documentation.
- Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and contribute to continuous improvement of nursing practices.
Requirements:
- Degree in Nursing, Advanced Diploma in Gerontology, or equivalent.
- Valid Singapore Nursing Board (SNB) practising licence.
- Minimum 10 years of nursing experience in an acute healthcare setting, including leadership or supervisory experience.
