This is an entry‑level position with full training provided. It’s a role that will challenge you and help you grow, both personally and professionally. What the Role Involves:
- Direct 1:1 intervention with children with autism and related needs
- Implementing behavior intervention plans with fidelity
- Managing challenging behaviors safely and professionally
- Staying calm, engaged, and supportive during difficult moments
- Accurate data collection and documentation
- Professional communication with supervisors and families
- Adapting to evolving systems, schedules, and clinical software
- Working in in‑home, school, and/or clinic‑based settings

- Ability to implement and adapt treatment plans
- Prior experience in ABA or related field (preferred, not required)
- Degree in psychology, education, or related field (a plus)
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license (required)
- Spanish language proficiency (able to communicate and perform the role in Spanish)
Schedule Requirement:
Available Shifts: Orange County.
Monday–Friday: 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM (3 hours each day)
