Job Description

The AC Technician will work on a variety of air conditioning systems in different settings. This role involves inspecting and servicing systems, diagnosing issues, and performing necessary maintenance and repairs to ensure optimal system performance and customer satisfaction.


Responsibilities

  • Install, maintain, and repair air conditioning systems
  • Inspect and diagnose issues in AC units
  • Perform routine maintenance to ensure system efficiency
  • Replace or repair damaged components
  • Provide estimates for repair work and parts
  • Ensure compliance with safety and industry standards
  • Maintain accurate records of service calls and repairs
  • Communicate effectively with clients to explain issues and repairs

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Completion of an accredited HVAC program
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in HVAC or air conditioning systems
  • Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills
  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • Physical ability to perform manual tasks and lift heavy equipment
