Academic Facilitator (Student Success Coach) – Temporary Role

We are seeking Academic Facilitators (Student Success\nCoaches) to support a large\-scale student academic improvement and self\-led\nlearning initiative across multiple school sites in Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, and Al\nDhafra.

This role focuses on guiding students through structured\nlearning support sessions, ensuring engagement, tracking progress, and\nsupporting overall academic success outcomes.

Key Responsibilities<\/b>

• Supervise\n and support students in self\-led learning sessions
  <\/li>
• Act as\n a Student Success Coach to encourage engagement and discipline
  <\/li>
• Support\n Arabic\-speaking student groups (major focus on Arabic learners)
  <\/li>
• Assist\n students in completing required forms and documentation
  <\/li>
• Collect,\n verify, and consolidate student progress data
  <\/li>
• Ensure\n smooth classroom/session management across assigned site
  <\/li>
• Report\n attendance, participation, and key observations
  <\/li>
• Work\n closely with site coordinators and academic leads

  • Prior\n experience in teaching/coaching or student support roles preferred
    <\/li>
  • Strong\n communication and classroom management skills
    <\/li>
  • Ability\n to engage and motivate students in a structured learning environment
    <\/li>
  • Fluent\n in Arabic (preferred)
    <\/li>
  • Responsible,\n disciplined, and able to work independently and team
    <\/li>
  • Comfortable\n working across different school locations
