Account Assistant

Account work including but not limited to:

- Handle Account Payable & Receivable.

- Follow up on outstanding issues.

- Liaise with banks/ vendors/customers on issue arise.

- Manage petty cash claim.

- Controlling Documentation, purchase invoices & sales invoices.

- Process and mailing out of cheque payment.

- Handle online banking transferring.

- Bank account reconciliation

2. Administration work including but not limited to:

- Answer and direct phone calls.

- Distribute and mailing documents.

- Develop and maintain a filling system

- Update and maintain office policies, procedures, insurance and contact list.

- Maintain office supplies.

- Provide general support to visitors.

- Submit CPF contribution

- Handle local staff and Foreign Workers' payroll

- Ad hoc duties assigned by the Management

Requirements:

· Diploma in Accountancy or other professional accounting qualifications.

· Minimum 1 year’ experience in AP/AR or full set accounting or no experience required.

· Previous experience in the related field would be an advantage.

· Able to start work within a short notice.

· Able to verbal communication and written in English and Chinese.

· Able to work independently.

· Good interpersonal, communication skills

· Able to work multi-tasking.

· Willing to learn.
