THE OPPORTUNITY
MiQ is looking for a sharp and driven Associate Account Manager to join our -- team. The candidate will help support our Account Management team with campaign management troubleshooting, while learning what it takes to run your own accounts. The role offers the opportunity to join an innovative

The AAM will be tasked with growing existing business through delivering best-in-class service for clients, strategic insights presentations, and upholding internal operational excellence. You’ll have the opportunity to work collaboratively with Sales, Trading, Product, and Analytics on some of the world’s most well known brands.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING


In the role you will be accountable for, but not limited to, the following:

Client Service:
● Support a portfolio of clients and ensuring that all are performing optimally; working in partnership with Trading team to ensure campaigns are pacing and performing as desired
● Learn what it takes to present best in class insight reports that blend campaign performance and real business challenges, telling a story with our MiQ data


Project Management:
● Confirm all relevant information needed for a successful campaign is received as part of launch email (checklist provided) and troubleshoot any campaign challenges alongside team
● Schedule ongoing check-ins with team + client; ensure timely delivery of all client reporting and ad hoc requests


Internal Collaboration:
● Collaborate with internal teams within your region to encourage ongoing improvement to our process and efficiency
● Attend all AM-related trainings and completion of Accreditation modules to ensure product knowledge remains current


Communication:
● Crisp and clear communication to external partners/clients or internal stakeholders flexing communication style to persuade others and influence positive outcomes
● Proactively seeking opportunities to go above and beyond for clients and internal team members


Innovation:
● Open to receiving and trying new ideas, processes, or ways of working
● Strategize with senior team members to provide proactive advice to help our clients solve their business challenges.


YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
● 0-2 years of advertising technology and/or media planning experience
● Interest in technology and aptitude to learn new tech quickly; detail-oriented with an ability to prioritize projects/tasks simultaneously and to completion
● Ability to share ideas, look for efficiency in process, and remain humble when learning from others
● Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including pivot tables, chart-making, and presentation building a plus!

MiQ pay philosophy/ transparency.

For individuals assigned and/or hired to work in Chicago, MiQ is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This compensation range is specific to Chicago and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At MiQ, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current compensation range for this position is $60,000 - $75,000. This range may vary for positions outside of Chicago as it has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location where the position may be filled and does not take into account our bonus and commission structures.
