Account cum Admin

Responsibilities:-

  • Answer phone calls
  • Perform general administration, filling of documents and account work
  • To perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by superior
  • Operations, co-ordination and follow up with suppliers
  • Ensure the maintenance of proper filing, correspondences and records

Requirements:-

  • 5.5 days work week
  • At least 2 years of relevant working experience
  • PC literate in MS Office
  • Able to communicate effectively in English and Mandarin (in order to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates)
  • Process effective organizational and follow-up skills, paying attention to detail
  • Demonstrate ability to handle work professionally, independently and efficiently
  • Good interpersonal skills and able to interface with all levels, internally and externally, in a professional and responsive manner
  • knowledge in accounting system
