Account Director - Saudi Arabia

As an Account Director - Saudi Arabia you will drive business growth across the Saudi market, working closely with partners and customers to deliver innovative solutions. You will play a key role in expanding our footprint by developing new opportunities, strengthening customer relationships, and positioning Diebold Nixdorf as a trusted advisor in the banking industry.   • Managing and growing strategic, complex customer accounts across the Saudi market
  • Driving revenue growth by identifying and closing new opportunities within existing accounts
  • Developing and executing account strategies aligned with business and market objectives
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with senior customer stakeholders (C-level)
  • Leading customer negotiations to achieve mutually beneficial commercial outcomes
  • Understanding customer business priorities to position tailored technology solutions
  • Collaborating with internal teams (e.g. Product, Marketing, Delivery) to support sales objectives
  • Managing the sales pipeline, forecasting revenue, and tracking performance against targets
  • Monitoring account performance and identifying trends, risks, and growth opportunities
  • Acting as a trusted advisor, providing strategic guidance on solutions and industry trends
  • Sharing best practices and insights to support continuous improvement in account management

Essential

  • 8–10+ years of experience in Account Management / Sales, preferably in complex solution environments
  • Proven track record of driving revenue and managing high-value customer accounts
  • Strong experience in consultative / solution-based sales with complex deal cycles
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders (C-level)
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Experience managing sales pipelines, forecasting, and account strategies
  • Fluent English (written and spoken)
  • Diploma or equivalent experience

  • Industry knowledge in banking and technology-driven environments
  • Experience with CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce) and Microsoft Office tools
  • Fluent Arabic and willingness to travel up to 50%
