Account Engineer
A Day in Your Life at MKS:
The Account Engineer acts as the technical liaison between customers, sales teams, internal teams, and engineering teams to support and grow business within the PCB industry.
You can make impact by:
- Partner with Engineering, Sales, Internal Teams, and Customers to provide technical support, product application guidance, and account management.
- Develop, support, execute, and contribute to customer solutions and business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through a customer-focused approach.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to resolve technical and business issues.
- Proactively identify and solve customer and process-related problems.
- Prepare and report work-related activities, project progress, and customer updates.
- Perform frequent on-site customer visits and field assignments.
- Maintain adherence to schedules, company policies, and professional integrity.
- Travel extensively (up to 90%) to support customers and business activities.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Metallurgy, or a related field.
Experience
- Experience working in a PCB (Printed Circuit Board) manufacturing company.
- Background and knowledge of PCB-related industries and manufacturing processes.
- Experience in technical support, account management, process engineering, or customer-facing engineering roles is preferred.
- Previous experience working with leading PCB manufacturers such as Samsung or Meiko is highly desirable.
