Your Role<\/span>

  • Qualify and follow up on inbound leads.<\/span>
    <\/p><\/li>\n

  • Follow up on leads via email, phone, sms, stalking or chasing after them from a distance.<\/span>
    <\/p><\/li>\n

  • Engage with potential clients across <\/span>email, LinkedIn, SMS, and calls<\/span> to schedule and conduct software demos.<\/span>
    <\/p><\/li>\n

  • Manage the sales process from enquiry to closure.<\/span>
    <\/p><\/li>\n

  • Track all activities in <\/span>Zoho CRM & Zoho Desk.<\/span>
    <\/p><\/li>\n

  • Represent SyncEzy at industry <\/span>trade shows and networking events<\/span> (virtually or in person).<\/span>

    Requirements<\/h3>

    What We\u2019re Looking For<\/span>

    • Excellent English communication skills <\/span>
      <\/p><\/li>\n

    • 4+ years in B2B sales<\/span> (SaaS/software preferred).<\/span>
      <\/p><\/li>\n

    • Experience with <\/span>virtual product demos<\/span> via Zoom, Google Meet, or Teams.<\/span>
      <\/p><\/li>\n

    • Self\-motivated & disciplined<\/span> \u2013 remote work requires ownership and accountability.<\/span>
      <\/p><\/li>\n

    • A good understanding of construction/trade services<\/span> is a plus. Experience with <\/span>Procore, Autodesk, Simpro, or similar software<\/span> is highly valued.<\/span>
      <\/p><\/li>\n

    • Tech\-savvy<\/span> and familiar with Project Management systems, SharePoint, GDrive, and Dropbox.<\/span>
      <\/p><\/li>\n

    • A quiet workspace with a <\/span>plain background<\/span> and <\/span>high\-speed internet (100/50 Mbps min).<\/span>
