As a Sales Representative, you are not filling seats, you are building trust, translating purpose, and creating opportunities for transitioning military leaders. Your mandate: bring humanity back to hiring by forging authentic relationships and advocating for the unique value veterans deliver in the workforce.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> We are growing our sales team and actively recruiting two types of people:<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Transitioning military professionals<\/span><\/span><\/b><\/span><\/span> ready to launch a high\-impact civilian sales career<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Experienced sales professionals<\/span><\/span><\/b><\/span><\/span> who want their work to mean something beyond a quota<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> If you are motivated by service, energized by human connection, and ready to champion a cause worth fighting for, this role was built for you.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Our recruiting team is delivering results, and demand for authentic veteran advocacy is growing. We need driven individuals to carry our message into new markets, connect with decision\-makers, and help employers understand how veterans can elevate their organizations. This is a ground\-floor opportunity with a clear path to leadership as VHS scales.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Initiate and nurture authentic conversations with hiring managers via cold calls, LinkedIn, email, social media, and video. We believe in human\-to\-human interaction. You will pick up the phone, own your outreach, and use the VJD (Video Job Description) model to show, not tell, what makes VHS and veteran talent different.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Consistently generate and qualify new business leads, secure introductory meetings, and build a robust pipeline of corporate partners. You will be held to defined activity and pipeline KPIs and are expected to track and report progress consistently.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Act as a trusted guide to employers, translating military skills into business outcomes and positioning veterans as leaders, not just candidates.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Move prospects from interest to action. Tailor our value narrative, address objections, and close new client agreements.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Share client and veteran success stories, contribute to content (video, social, email), and help build VHS's presence as a thought leader in veteran employment.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Learn and apply performance\-based hiring and VJD best practices. Contribute feedback and ideas that make our team and process better.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> This is a performance\-driven role. You will be expected to meet defined activity and outcome benchmarks, including but not limited to:<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Daily & Weekly Outreach Activity:<\/span><\/span><\/b><\/span><\/span> 30 dials per day (200/week) and 10 LinkedIn messages per day (50/week). Consistent outreach is the foundation of a strong pipeline.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> New Meetings Scheduled:<\/span><\/span><\/b><\/span><\/span> 15 qualified introductory meetings per month. Every conversation is a chance to bring a new partner into the mission.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> CRM Pipeline Building:<\/span><\/span><\/b><\/span><\/span> 10 new contacts added to the CRM per day (50/week). A healthy pipeline starts with disciplined prospecting.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Client Conversion:<\/span><\/span><\/b><\/span><\/span> 10 new client agreements closed per quarter. This is where your advocacy turns into a real opportunity for veterans.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> LinkedIn Presence (10/5/3 Method):<\/span><\/span><\/b><\/span><\/span> 10 connection requests sent per day, 5 meaningful comments per day, and 3 original posts per week.
