Account Executive
Job Responsibilities
- Handle full set of accounts and daily accounting operations
- Prepare and submit GST filings in compliance with regulatory requirements
- Perform GST reconciliation and maintain accurate tax records
- Assist in financial year end closing activities
- Prepare audit schedules, financial reports, and supporting documents for year-end audit
- Liaise and coordinate with external auditors during audit process
- Ensure accounting records are accurate and compliant with accounting standards
- Prepare monthly financial statements and management reports
- Handle bank reconciliation, accounts payable, and accounts receivable
- Maintain general ledger and accounting records
Key Skills Required
- Knowledge of accounting principles and standards
- Proficiency in accounting software such as SQL
- Strong attention to detail
- Analytical and numerical skills
- Communication and reporting abilities
- Knowledge of taxation and financial regulations
- Spreadsheet skills using Microsoft Excel
