Account Executive

Responsibilities

  • Handle 2–4 company entities, ensuring accurate maintenance of accounts.
  • Manage full spectrum of accounts receivable and payable and perform bank reconciliations.
  • Assist in month-end closing activities, including prepare accounting schedules, fixed asset records and support financial reporting preparation.
  • Assist in cashflow updates by maintaining AR collection and AP information documentation
  • Assist with GST/SST preparation and ensure proper supporting documentation
  • Support audit, tax, bank, and corporate secretarial matters by preparing required schedule and documents
  • Carry out other responsibilities as assigned by the Superior.

Requirements

  • Diploma or equivalent professional qualification in Accounting.
  • Technical skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with Xero accounting software is an advantage.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
