Account Executive
Responsibilities
- Handle 2–4 company entities, ensuring accurate maintenance of accounts.
- Manage full spectrum of accounts receivable and payable and perform bank reconciliations.
- Assist in month-end closing activities, including prepare accounting schedules, fixed asset records and support financial reporting preparation.
- Assist in cashflow updates by maintaining AR collection and AP information documentation
- Assist with GST/SST preparation and ensure proper supporting documentation
- Support audit, tax, bank, and corporate secretarial matters by preparing required schedule and documents
- Carry out other responsibilities as assigned by the Superior.
Requirements
- Diploma or equivalent professional qualification in Accounting.
- Technical skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with Xero accounting software is an advantage.
- Proactive, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
