Account Executive - North America

About the Role<\/b>
We are looking for a driven and results\-oriented Account Executive to join our growing North America sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the full sales cycle \u2014 from prospecting and discovery through to close \u2014 for mid\-market and enterprise SaaS clients across the region. You will report directly to the VP of Sales and operate in a fully remote capacity, with occasional travel for client visits and team events.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/div>

Key Responsibilities<\/b>
\u2022\tOwn and manage the full sales cycle from lead qualification to contract close for North American accounts.
\u2022\tDevelop and maintain a strong pipeline through outbound prospecting, inbound follow\-up, and partnership with the marketing team.
\u2022\tBuild deep, consultative relationships with prospects and clients to understand their business challenges and articulate how our solution drives value.
\u2022\tDeliver compelling product demonstrations and tailored proposals to key decision\-makers and stakeholders.
\u2022\tConsistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
\u2022\tTravel to client sites across North America as required to support relationship\-building and deal progression.
\u2022\tCollaborate cross\-functionally with Customer Success, Product, and Marketing teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
\u2022\tMaintain accurate and up\-to\-date records of all sales activities and pipeline status in the CRM.
\u2022\tProvide market feedback and competitive insights to inform product and go\-to\-market strategy.

Requirements<\/h3>
Qualifications & Experience<\/b>
\u2022\t3\u20135 years of closing experience in a B2B SaaS or technology sales environment.
\u2022\tProven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding quota.
\u2022\tExperience managing complex, multi\-stakeholder sales cycles.
\u2022\tStrong proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent).
\u2022\tExcellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
\u2022\tSelf\-motivated with the ability to thrive in a remote, fast\-paced environment.
\u2022\tWillingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally for client engagements.
Nice to Have<\/b>
\u2022\tExperience selling into specific verticals such as FinTech, Healthcare, or Enterprise Tech.
\u2022\tFamiliarity with sales methodologies such as MEDDIC, Challenger, or SPIN Selling.
\u2022\tPrior experience working in a high\-growth or Series A\u2013C startup environment.
