Account Executive

· Manages full set of accounts

· Prepare monthly financial reports including Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and Cashflow statements.

· Perform daily operations of accounting records and filing

· Investigate and resolve audit findings, account discrepancies, and issues of non-compliance.

· Liaise with auditors, company secretary, tax agent, officers of statutory bodies, etc on related matters.

· To maintain detailed records of the company's day-to-day financial transactions.

· Take full responsibility for finance and accounting performance as well as monthly closing, ensuring timely reporting with respect of deadline

· Involve in implementing of GST InvoiceNow.

· Assist with finance-related tasks, ad-hoc administrative duties, and other support as assigned.
