This position is a CDI based in Paris.
💼 About the job
- Identify, target and win new SMB accounts (€2M–€10M turnover) in the French e-commerce and retail sectors
- Own the entire sales cycle: prospecting, qualification, negotiation and contract signature
- Engage primarily with C-Level executives and key decision-makers
- Represent Alma at trade shows and conferences in France and Europe
- Actively contribute to optimizing sales processes to support Alma's scalability

🧩 About you
To succeed in this job
- You have 2+ years of experience in sales or business development, with a proven track record of winning SMB accounts and hitting revenue targets
- You're an excellent communicator and negotiator — you know how to build trust quickly and close with confidence
- You're fluent in both French and English (mandatory)
And it will be nice if you also
- Have experience in a fast-growing Tech or SaaS company — you're used to moving fast in ambiguous environments
- Are comfortable with CRM tools and sales tracking software
- Know how to think big picture while staying sharp on execution

- 1 or 2 additional interviews customized to the role's level to further assess your skills and team fit.
