Your Impact:
As an Account Executive at Torch Dental, you will play a critical role in driving the company's next phase of growth. You will partner directly with dental practices to understand their operational and financial challenges, helping them adopt solutions that reduce costs, improve efficiency, and strengthen the health of their business.
This is a true full-cycle sales role with significant ownership and visibility. You'll build relationships with practice owners and decision-makers, manage your own pipeline, and have a direct impact on revenue growth. Our fast-paced sales environment and short sales cycles provide the opportunity to see the results of your work quickly while continuously developing your sales and business acumen.
You'll have the opportunity to sell both Torch Marketplace, our industry-leading procurement platform, and Torch Revenue Cycle Management, our new AI-powered platform designed to help practices navigate insurance complexity and get paid faster. You'll be introducing solutions that address real, everyday challenges for dental practices and delivering measurable business value to your customers.
Beyond hitting your number, you'll help shape how we grow. You'll work closely with experienced sales leaders, learn from top performers, contribute ideas that influence our go-to-market strategy, and play an active role in building the next generation of Torch. Location: Austin, Texas (In-office Monday–Thursday, with the opportunity to work remotely on Fridays after successful ramp-up.)
Hours: Monday - Friday 7:45 AM - 5:00 PM CST
What You'll Do:
Own the full sales cycle from outbound prospecting through closed-won business
Build and manage a healthy pipeline through consistent prospecting activity
Meet and exceed activity, pipeline, and revenue goals (60–90 outbound calls per day depending on ramp status)
Conduct consultative discovery conversations to understand customer needs and business challenges
Deliver engaging product demonstrations and communicate Torch's value proposition
Guide prospective customers through the evaluation and decision-making process
Maintain accurate pipeline management and forecasting within Salesforce
Leverage established sales processes while contributing new ideas to improve team performance
Collaborate closely with teammates and leadership to refine messaging, strategy, and best practices
Drive new business growth while delivering an exceptional customer experience
What We Are Looking For:
1–3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in SaaS, technology, or tech-enabled services
Demonstrated success in outbound prospecting and closing net-new business
Experience selling into SMB organizations (dental, medical, restaurants, service businesses, or similar)
Comfortable with high-volume outreach and building pipeline from cold prospects
Excellent communication, presentation, and consultative selling skills
Ability to manage multiple opportunities in a fast-paced environment
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Coachable, resilient, and motivated by achieving goals
A self-starter mentality with a strong sense of ownership and accountability

Compensation and Benefits:
OTE is $100,000 (additional earning potential with uncapped commission), Base salary is $62,500
