As an Account Executive, you\u2019ll own the full client journey for new business across our <\/span><\/span>AI<\/span>, <\/span><\/span>Cyber Security, Managed IT, Cloud <\/span><\/span>service portfolio \- building relationships, working leads from our marketing campaigns and events, nurturing high\-intent prospects, and converting them into long\-term Solid clients.<\/span><\/span> <\/span>

What you will do:<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/b>
<\/span><\/span><\/div><\/div>- Sell across Solid Systems\u2019 <\/span><\/span>full\-service<\/span> <\/span>portfolio <\/span><\/span>\u2013<\/span> <\/span><\/span>A<\/span>I<\/span>, <\/span><\/span>Cyber Security, Managed IT, <\/span><\/span>and <\/span><\/span>Cloud<\/span>.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li><\/ul><\/div>- Build your own outbound pipeline and bring prospects into our marketing campaigns and events (including current <\/span><\/span>Copilot <\/span><\/span>offerings like Ignite, Elevate and Expand)<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li><\/ul><\/div>- Nurture the leads coming out of campaigns, <\/span><\/span>AI <\/span><\/span>events<\/span> <\/span>and inbound web channels \- nurturing warm prospects through to conversion<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li><\/ul><\/div>- Own the client relationship end\-to\-end, from first conversation through to managed services handover<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li><\/ul><\/div>- Conduct cyber security assessments and present our security improvement plans<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li><\/ul><\/div>- Collaborate with internal teams to build proposals and progress high\-value deals<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li><\/ul><\/div>- Manage your sales pipeline in our PSA and report on activity\-based KPIs<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li><\/ul><\/div>- Negotiate contracts and ensure a smooth handover to the different delivery teams<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li><\/ul><\/div>- Continuously upskill and stay ahead of tech, <\/span>AI <\/span>and industry trends<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

Requirements<\/h3>What you need:<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/b>
<\/span><\/span><\/p><\/div>- 3 to 5 years\u2019 experience in B2B solutions sales <\/span>\- <\/span>ideally an AE with <\/span>an <\/span>AM background<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li><\/ul><\/div>- Industry exposure to one of the following: MSPs, Cloud Solutions, IT Infrastructure or Networking, SaaS, Cybersecurity Sales, Outsourced Services <\/span>Sales <\/span>or Office Automation<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li><\/ul><\/div>- A proven <\/span>track record <\/span>of bringing in <\/span>new logos <\/span>and opening doors <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li><\/ul><\/div>- Experience selling to businesses of 20 to <\/span>150+ users<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li><\/ul><\/div>- Comfort with longer, relationship\-driven sales cycles <\/span>\- <\/span>you can nurture without losing momentum<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li><\/ul><\/div><\/div>- Discipline and effective sales cycle management<\/span> <\/span><\/span>in<\/span>cluding pip<\/span>eline <\/span><\/span>building<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li><\/ul><\/div>- Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Copilot<\/span>, Cyber<\/span> <\/span><\/span>or AI offerings is a strong plus<\/span><\/span><\/span>
