We're looking for a Account Executive


At Tecspal, we're on a mission to revolutionize how global teams connect through innovative hardware and logistics solutions. As we grow our partner network, we're looking for an Account Executive who's eager to build long-term relationships, grow existing accounts, and bring new partners on board.


This is a great opportunity for someone early in their commercial career who wants to learn the ropes of B2B sales in a fast-moving, international environment. You'll start with an existing book of clients to manage and grow, while progressively adding new ones. Day-to-day, you'll be the go-to contact for your clients, guiding them through quotes, orders, pricing, and logistics, and turning trusted relationships into recurring business.


If you're proactive, organized, a strong communicator, and excited about working with partners around the world, this could be a great fit.


Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow an existing portfolio of accounts, becoming their main point of contact at Tecspal.
  • Support clients end-to-end across quotes, pricing, orders, and logistics coordination.
  • Build trusted, long-term relationships that turn into recurring revenue.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets tied to account growth.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of professional experience, ideally in sales, account management, customer success, or a similar client-facing role.
  • Fluent English (written and spoken), non-negotiable, as you'll work daily with international partners.
  • Based in Uruguay.
  • Strong communication, follow-through, and organizational skills. Accountability and ownership.
  • Comfortable owning numbers and working toward clear targets.
  • Hungry to learn the commercial side of a global hardware and logistics business.

Nice to have:

  • Prior exposure to B2B driven sales models.
  • Interest in hardware, logistics, or operations.
  • Knowledge of hardware, PCs and specifications of computers.
