The Opportunity
<\/h2><\/div>

Traveling\nCoaches is seeking a proven sales professional who closes on value rather than\nprice and who naturally becomes a trusted advisor and ally to prospective and\nexisting clients. You will represent Traveling Coaches in the market, build\nrelationships with C\-level executives, and guide complex, consultative sales\nfrom first conversation through close. We hire motivated sales veterans who\nexcel in a fast\-paced environment with minimal supervision.<\/span>

Location and Travel
<\/h2><\/div>

This\nrole is primarily remote. We prefer candidates within a commutable distance of\nour Plano, TX office to attend meetings, trainings, and team sessions as\nneeded. Travel within the U.S. is required, approximately two to four times per\nmonth, including overnight stays.<\/span>

What You'll Do

\u2022 <\/span><\/span>Identify and qualify new\nopportunities, then advance them through a consultative sales cycle.<\/span>
<\/p>

\u2022 <\/span><\/span>Build and manage\nrelationships with senior executives and key stakeholders.<\/span>
<\/p>

\u2022 <\/span><\/span>Position Traveling Coaches\u2019\nservices and products as strategic solutions tied to client outcomes.<\/span>
<\/p>

\u2022 <\/span><\/span>Manage a pipeline with\nsales cycles ranging from three to eighteen months, forecasting accurately\nthroughout.<\/span>
<\/p>

\u2022 <\/span><\/span>Partner cross\-functionally\nto ensure a seamless client experience from sale through delivery.<\/span>

Requirements<\/h3>

\u2022 <\/span><\/span>At least 3 years of proven\nsales experience selling products and services to C\-level executives.<\/span>
<\/p>

\u2022 <\/span><\/span>Superior qualification and\nclosing skills.<\/span>
<\/p>

\u2022 <\/span><\/span>Excellent written and\nverbal communication.<\/span>
<\/p>

\u2022 <\/span><\/span>Comfort with long,\nconsultative sales cycles ranging from three to eighteen months, with the\ndiscipline to forecast accurately across that horizon.<\/span>
<\/p>

\u2022 <\/span><\/span>Proficiency with Microsoft\nOffice Suite and Salesforce.<\/span>
<\/p>

\u2022 <\/span><\/span>Experience selling\nconsulting services is preferred.<\/span>
<\/p>

\u2022 <\/span><\/span>Experience selling into the\nlegal industry is a plus.<\/span>
