Account Lead (Cabinet Designer)

Are you passionate about cabinetry, design, and helping customers bring their dream spaces to life? Brock Cabinets is looking for an experienced Cabinet Designer / Account Lead to join our growing team.

This role combines design expertise, customer relationship management, and project coordination. You'll work directly with homeowners, builders, contractors, and industry partners to guide projects from initial consultation through final installation while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

What You'll Do:

  • Meet with customers to understand project goals, design preferences, and budgets
  • Create cabinetry layouts and design solutions that meet customer needs
  • Guide customers through cabinet styles, finishes, materials, and customization options
  • Prepare estimates, proposals, and project specifications
  • Serve as the primary point of contact throughout the project lifecycle
  • Build and maintain relationships with homeowners, builders, contractors, and industry partners
  • Develop new business through referrals, networking, and relationship-building
  • Coordinate with operations, installation, and service teams to ensure project success
  • Follow up with customers throughout the project to ensure satisfaction
  • Stay current on product offerings, design trends, and industry best practices
