Program Management Office (PMO) & Delivery Governance<\/b>
<\/p>- Drive\n program delivery excellence, ensuring projects meet quality, timeline, and\n budget objectives.
<\/li> - Monitor\n project financials, cost tracking, and profitability.
<\/li> - Ensure\n adherence to project management best practices, tools, and governance\n frameworks.
<\/li> - Facilitate\n audits, track deviations, and ensure timely closure through corrective\n actions.
<\/li> - Coordinate\n with cross\-functional teams and vendors to ensure seamless execution.

Business Enablement & Sales Operations<\/b>
<\/p>- Manage\n CRM systems to ensure data accuracy, pipeline visibility, and reporting\n consistency.
<\/li> - Support\n sales forecasting, pipeline tracking, and performance monitoring.
<\/li> - Coordinate\n quote generation, proposals, order processing, and follow\-ups on leads and\n renewals.
<\/li> - Partner\n with Account Managers on renewals, upsell opportunities, and retention\n strategies.
<\/li> - Collaborate\n with Finance on invoicing, payment tracking, and financial accuracy.
<\/li> - Standardize\n sales processes, templates, and tools to improve efficiency and\n scalability.

Data Analytics & Power BI<\/b>
<\/p>- Design\n and develop interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI.
<\/li> - Track\n key metrics including sales performance, conversion rates, customer\n health, and program KPIs.
<\/li> - Analyze\n data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for business growth and\n operational improvement.
<\/li> - Integrate\n data from multiple systems (CRM, financials, project tools) into unified\n dashboards.
