The ideal candidate will combine enterprise sales acumen with account management expertise, owning end\-to\-end client relationships \u2014 from lead generation and acquisition to delivery oversight, renewals, and expansion.

Business Development & Sales<\/b>

\u2022\tIdentify, qualify, and convert new business opportunities for Nucleus\u2019s products and services (e.g., FinnOne Neo, FinnAxia, IT Services).
<\/div>
<\/div>
\u2022\tGenerate and manage a robust pipeline of Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) to meet revenue targets (USD 2M annual target or as defined).
<\/div>
<\/div>
\u2022\tExecute the complete sales cycle \u2014 lead generation, qualification, pitch, proposal, negotiation, and closure.
<\/div>
<\/div>
\u2022\tCollaborate with Marketing for campaigns, events, ABM initiatives, and lead generation activities.
<\/div>
<\/div>
\u2022\tDevelop customized value propositions, presentations, and proposals aligned with client needs.
<\/div>
<\/div>
\u2022\tAnalyze regional markets, competition, and trends to formulate and execute sales strategies.

\u2022\tOwn the end\-to\-end customer relationship \u2014 ensuring satisfaction, retention, and engagement.

\u2022\tDrive Voice of Customer (VOC), NPS improvements, and proactive management of at\-risk (RED) accounts.

\u2022\tManage renewals, upselling, and cross\-selling opportunities.
<\/div>

\u2022\tPlan and lead customer engagement activities, such as events, meetups, and milestone celebrations.
<\/div>

\u2022\tEnsure seamless onboarding of new clients and transition to delivery teams.
<\/div>

\u2022\tAct as a single point of contact between customer stakeholders and internal delivery teams.

\u2022\tOversee AMC renewals, contract addendums, and payment follow\-ups.

\u2022\tTrack and report account\-level financials, aging, and profitability.
<\/div>
<\/div>
\u2022\tCoordinate with Finance, Legal, and Delivery teams for smooth contract governance.

\u2022\tOversee program delivery and ensure adherence to timelines, budget, and quality standards.

\u2022\tCoordinate with cross\-functional teams to ensure customer expectations are met and exceeded.

\u2022\tMonitor program progress using Microsoft Project (MSP) and related tools.

<\/div>\u2022\t12\u201318 years of total experience in Enterprise Sales / Account Management within Software / IT Services / BFSI domain.
<\/div>\u2022\tProven track record of managing large enterprise accounts and achieving sales targets.
<\/div>\u2022\tStrong knowledge of banking and financial services industry and digital transformation trends.
<\/div>\u2022\tProficiency in Project/Program Management, Contract Governance, and Customer Relationship Management.
<\/div>\u2022\tHands\-on experience with MS Project, CRM tools, and financial tracking.
<\/div>\u2022\tExcellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
<\/div>\u2022\tAbility to work independently while collaborating across business, delivery, and leadership teams.
